Customer letter (12/12/2011)

First of all, on behalf of Petrovietnam Premier Oil Services (PVCR). I would like to send to you our warmest greetings and thanks for the cooperation of our customers in the past.

Our company is sincerely grateful for the trust and support of customers for the projects that the company has been implementing. And hereby, I would like to inform you that although the market during this time is extremely difficult, PVCR and contractors are still determined to implement and execute the Hanoi Time Towers Project. The fastest progress to deliver products to customers as committed (the project will complete the foundation works in December 2011, the basement to 00 in March 2012).

On the occasion of the 5th Anniversary of PVCR, PVCR has decided to delay its capital contribution to customers who have invested in Hanoi Time Tower Project. May 2012.
